This site will provide updates regarding the highly anticipated release of ARGOS software for Student & Academic reporting here at Yale. We understand you may be eager to know the exact release dates and the training schedules. We will communicate the official release date for each department 30 days before they go live. The team is working diligently to ensure a smooth and successful launch that started in July 2024 and will be completed by June 2025.
We recognize the importance of comprehensive training to ensure everyone can fully leverage the new reporting features of ARGOS. We are in the process of coordinating training sessions for all departments affected. These sessions will be designed to provide hands-on experience and answer any questions. Multiple dates and times will be offered to departments during the transition, and additional training sessions will be offered throughout the year.
Weekly drop-in office hours will be offered or can be scheduled directly with a SIS Reporting team member. New user orientations can also be scheduled.
We appreciate your patience and enthusiasm as we prepare to roll out ARGOS. Your support and readiness will be crucial to the success of this launch, and we are confident that this new reporting tool will benefit all departments involved.

Argos by Evisions delivers flexible, powerful, easy-to-use reporting tools developed by higher education experts. Argos effectively meets student & academic-centric reporting needs from simple report queries to advanced dashboards with interactive charts and data cubes. Argos allows users to pull data from Banner or other student systems using a pre-made report or report query.
