Argos access is handled through the Banner Access Request Form and must be submitted by a supervisor. Please see the FAQ page for more information.

Important: Report requests are subject to approval by the relevant data steward. If you are requesting access to data attributes that were not previously available to you (such as race or gender), you must also complete a Banner Data Usage Request form.
University employees requesting access to Banner data must complete a Data Usage Request (DUR) form. Submissions are reviewed by the University Registrar’s Office and routed for additional approval as necessary.

Requesting Aggregate Student Data
To request aggregate demographic data about a specific student population (such as gender, race/ethnicity, division of study, school at Yale or year of study), submit a Banner Data Usage Request Form.
If approved, SIS Reporting will provide the requested information based on the specified population.
The OIR provides information to support university decision-making through various analytic activities, data-gathering tasks, and research projects.
